This is a detached single-family dwelling project in Sol de Mallorca, a development on the Calvià coast that is dominated by two-storey single-family dwellings.
It is a second residence at which the owners will spend long periods of time in summer.
It is accessed from a tree-lined street situated to the north. The site has a rectangular geometry with a slight south-facing slope, where there is an area with pine trees.
We situated the house in the upper part of the plot, in the zone nearest the street, thereby achieving greater privacy towards the south and the views.
The building has two storeys. On the ground floor we find the service areas towards the street, and the living room and the dining room towards the garden, which open out onto a large pergola with plants.
The upper zone, via which we access the house, has two corridors, one leading to the service zone and the other to the main entrance.
The ground floor indoor spaces are light and visually connected to each other, which, in symbiosis with the garden, increases the feeling of space.
All the bedrooms with ensuite are on the top floor.
The finishes we applied on the inside contribute to the ambience of serenity in the house, the use of high-grade materials and uniform textures standing out, where light is the key player.
