How we do?

Urban planning situation survey. What regulations apply? What is its urban planning situation? Does it have illegal extensions?

Urban planning survey. What can I build?

Economic estimate report How much will what I want to build cost me?

Building assessment Report (IEE). Obligatory by Law for proper maintenance of the building; recommendations for energy and accessibility improvements.

Energy Performance Certificate CEE. Required to obtain grants and a requirement for buying and renting.

Certificate of Habitability. Management and processing of certificate of habitability due to renovation, non-existence or first occupation. Required to obtain water and power supplies and a requirement for purchase.

Pathologies report. Study and analysis of the building’s pathologies and the potential technical solution.

Expert report. Technical reports for claims / legal proceedings. Legal forensic expert belonging to the Group of Certified and Forensic Architects of the Mallorca District Official Association of Architects of the Balearic Islands.
